Clinton County Clerk of Courts

The Clinton County Clerk is at 265 Courthouse Square, Frankfort, IN 46041. Phone: (765) 659-6335. The clerk's office handles all court filings for the county, including civil suits, criminal cases, family and domestic matters, probate, and small claims. Staff can search cases, pull documents, and issue certified copies. Copy fees are generally $1 per page, with an additional fee for certified copies.

Before visiting in person, check Indiana's free MyCase court portal at public.courts.in.gov/mycase. Search by name or case number to see case history, parties, and status without any charge. This is the most efficient way to confirm a case exists before ordering documents.

For earlier records, contact the clerk's office directly at (765) 659-6335. Older marriage records may also be available through local genealogical organizations.
